S.Lakshmanan is the founder. He has around 28 years experience in bank and corporates. He has traveled extensively. His instinct and life experiences motivated to found this Trust in 2002.
K.S.Senthilkumar is an M.B.A. from IIM-A. He has around 15 years of experience in Micro finance and livelihood promotion projects development work. He has participated in international and National Level IFAD, IFPRI, ICA Institute, USAID, World Bank and UNDP seminars. He has conducted a study for University of Chicago -Dept of Economic on ‘The power of Television on Gender Attitude and Empowerment’. He has worked in Madurai Institute of Development Studies, LEED, NEERA-PWDS-DATA, SEYAL Micro Finance and AMSRI in senior positions. He has coordinated in programs of World Bank and many State governments. He is Project & Development consultant.
Swaraj is a B.E and M.B.A graduate. He has wider experience in business development consultancy internationally. He is volunteer business consultant.
Nikunj Gupta is an MBA graduate from Bradford University School of Management, UK. He has around 4 years experience in Telecom, Education and healthcare and IT. He is volunteer project coordinator.
